Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
VoidPort provides TCP/UDP relay services that allow users to expose local servers to the internet. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and isn't permitted when using our Service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund.
VoidPort acts solely as a transport provider. We do not inspect, monitor, or store the content passing through our relays. Users are solely responsible for all traffic transmitted through their tunnels.
Allowed Use
You may use VoidPort for:
- Hosting game servers (Minecraft, Valheim, Terraria, etc.)
- Development and testing of web applications
- Exposing local APIs for webhooks and integrations
- Remote access to home servers and services
- IoT device connectivity
- Any other lawful purpose
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in these activities without prior notice.
Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Terrorism-related activities
Network Abuse
- Launching or facilitating DDoS attacks
- Operating botnets or command-and-control servers
- Port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability scanning of third parties
- Brute-force attacks or credential stuffing
- Unauthorized access to computer systems
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or ransomware
Spam and Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Phishing or impersonation
- Operating open proxies or open relays for spam
- Harvesting email addresses or personal information
Intellectual Property
- Hosting pirated content or facilitating copyright infringement
- Operating torrent trackers for illegal content
- Circumventing DRM or copy protection
Service Abuse
- Circumventing usage limits or security measures
- Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or limits
- Interfering with other users or our infrastructure
- Using automated tools to abuse the service
Cryptocurrency
- Cryptocurrency mining through our service
- Operating cryptocurrency mixers or tumblers
Abuse Reporting
If you become aware of any violation of this policy or illegal activity conducted through our service, please report it immediately to:

We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Confirmed violations will result in immediate action.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this policy:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations
- Suspension: Temporary disabling of tunnels or account
- Termination: Permanent closure of account without refund
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement when required
The severity of our response depends on the nature and severity of the violation. Serious violations (illegal content, attacks, etc.) result in immediate termination without warning.
Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies when legally required. We may disclose user information in response to valid legal requests, court orders, or subpoenas. We will notify users of such requests unless prohibited by law.
No Monitoring
We do not actively monitor the content passing through our relays. We do not perform deep packet inspection or content analysis. This policy is enforced based on abuse reports and observable network behavior (e.g., attack patterns).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
